Accessing Unpublished Papers

Working papers not yet published as articles, book chapters or monographs may be accessed as described below:

  • Working papers which are available electronically (see download instructions below) may be accessed free of charge.
  • Submit requests for papers not available electronically to library@pop.psu.edu. Please include the working paper number in your request, and a valid e-mail or postal address for delivery.

Working papers are unpublished manuscripts. Do not copy or cite without author permission.
