The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announces the availability of fiscal year (FY) 2006 funds for two-year cooperative agreements to develop and pilot test "ground-breaking" behavioral interventions that reduce the risk for HIV transmission among high-risk populations for whom few or no evidence-based interventions are identified. All interventions must include promotion of abstinence, faithful monogamy, and correct, consistent condom use (ABC).
